Empire Solide tiroir Mirror

• Natural wood grain in solid wood furniture can vary slightly from piece to piece.
• Colors and finishes may look a bit different in person due to screen settings and resolutions.
• Hand-painted designs or ceramic tiles may have small variations from what’s shown in the images.
• The primary material is the main one used, but some secondary materials may also be part of the product.
• Accessories shown in images are only for styling purposes and are not included unless specified.

We want your furniture to stay beautiful for years, so here are a few easy tips to keep in mind:

• Dust often with a soft cloth to keep the shine alive.
• Wipe gently with a damp microfiber cloth (using a wood-friendly cleaner if needed), then dry right away with a clean, soft cloth.
• Spills happen! Just blot gently with a dry cloth — avoid rubbing hard, as it may leave marks.
• Use coasters and mats before placing hot or cold items on the surface.
• Keep it dry — try not to let water or moisture sit on the wood.
• Protect from heat and sunlight to prevent fading or damage over time.
• Watch out for sharp objects — they can scratch the surface.
• Skip harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners — they can harm the finish.
• Move with care — instead of dragging, lift the furniture to protect the joints.

We offer customisation in size, design details, and finish to match your exact requirement. Every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, so you get furniture that’s strong, comfortable, and made to last 🪵. If you have any special request or idea in mind, just reach out — we’ll be happy to customise it for you.

Our handcrafted furniture is designed to be user-friendly and durable, with most products delivered fully assembled.

• The majority of products do not require assembly — they are built using traditional carpentry joints, not modern flat-pack or Allen key fittings. This ensures strong, long-lasting construction.

• Some larger items (e.g., beds, wall units, tables) may need minor assembly at your premises for safe transportation.

• Professional assembly services are not included by default, but can be arranged in select locations on request. We also provide guidance so local carpenters can assist at fair costs.

We offer free shipping on all orders and make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery experience through our trusted third-party logistics partners.

• Delivery is coordinated by our support team along with the courier partner to ensure timely delivery.

• In case a delivery attempt is missed due to courier scheduling or operational issues, the courier partner will arrange a re-delivery at no additional cost to the customer.

• Since deliveries are handled by third-party courier services, delivery timelines and attempts are subject to their routing and operational processes.

• In apartments or buildings without a service lift, delivery is typically made up to the ground floor. Assistance beyond this depends on courier feasibility and local conditions.

• While we try to accommodate weekend or time-specific delivery requests, these depend entirely on courier availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

We always try our best to accommodate customers, but delivery execution remains subject to third-party courier operations.

We value your time as much as your trust. While most orders are delivered within the promised timeline, if there is any unexpected delay beyond our committed delivery window, you are fully protected. Simply reach out to our support team, and we will offer a 100% refund — no questions asked. No follow-ups, no hidden conditions — just a straightforward commitment to keep your experience risk-free and stress-free.
